Welcome to the Help Page for Read in 2 Languages! Here you'll find guidance and answers to frequently asked questions to help you make the most of our platform.

1️⃣ How to Create an Account

School Account

  1. Click Sign Up in the navigation bar.
  2. Select School at the top of the screen.
  3. Fill in your details: full name, preferred email, school name
  4. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  5. Click Sign Up.
  6. Check your email inbox for the temporary password.

Note: Your account comes with a 1-month free trial.

Personal User

  1. Click Sign Up in the navigation bar.
  2. Select Personal at the top of the screen.
  3. Fill in your details: name, email, password, select languages.
  4. After registration, you will receive an email to verify your email address. Confirm it to access the platform.

Note: Your account comes with a 1-month free trial with 4 books in your selected language.

2️⃣ How to Log In for the First Time
  1. Enter your email and password (or temporary password for School Accounts) on the login page.
  2. Tip: Change your password for better security.
  3. Optional: Check Remember me to stay logged in.
3️⃣ How to Subscribe to a Plan
  1. School Accounts: Navigate to Organisation → School Membership → Purchase Plan.
  2. Personal Users: Navigate to Books → Complete Collection → Purchase Plan.
  3. Fill in your payment details.
  4. Click Pay and Subscribe.
  5. Confirmation will appear on the screen.
4️⃣ How to Use a Promo Code
  1. School Accounts: Navigate to Organisation → Monthly or Annual tab → Have a promo code?.
  2. Personal Users: Navigate to Books → Monthly or Annual tab → Have a promo code?.
  3. Enter your code → Submit.
  4. Click Purchase Plan → redirected to payment page.
5️⃣ How to Manage Your Subscription
  1. School Accounts: Navigate to Organisation → School Membership → Manage Plan.
  2. Personal Users: Navigate to Books → Complete Collection → Manage Plan.
  3. Available actions: Cancel subscription, Edit payment method, Edit billing information, View invoice history.
  4. To cancel: Click Cancel Subscription → confirm.
  5. Optional: Leave feedback to help us improve Ri2L.
6️⃣ How to Create a Classroom
  1. For Owners: Navigate to Organisation → Manage Classrooms → Create a classroom.
  2. For Teachers: Navigate to Classrooms → Create a classroom.
  3. Fill in class details, add co-teachers and students.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. You can now assign books and activities to students.

7️⃣ How to Assign Books
  1. For School Owners: Navigate to Organisation → Manage Classrooms → Enter.
  2. For Teachers: Navigate to Classrooms → Enter.
  3. Use filters to find monolingual or bilingual books.
  4. Click Preview book to read or Assign book to add to the class.

Tip: Click on "Need Help?" when inside a Classroom to access a step-by-step tutorial.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
  • Q: Can I access the platform on multiple devices?

    A: Yes, your account can be accessed on different devices, including tablets and smartphones.

  • Q: I didn’t receive my temporary password.

    A: Check your spam folder or reach out to contact@ri2l.org.

  • Q: How do I add a co-teacher?

    A: In Manage Classroom, under co-teachers → add email.
